The plans are the same or mirrored, and all are on the city side; but the four wings are set at different angles, so A2 façades in different wings face different ways. Exact bearings will be published once the architect confirms the north point on the drawings.

Type C is only at position 06 of wing A1, and Type A1 only at position 17 of wing B2.

Each of its two bedrooms has its own bathroom and pantry, and they share one entrance. The developer’s information states that there are no separate water or electricity meters.
