Sides of the plan
Facing starts with the plan.
Both towers have a shallow V-shaped plan, its point towards the Straits of Johor, so every home sits on a side you can point to on the plan: B1, B2 and B3 on the straits side (429 homes), A1, A2 and A3 on the city side (457), B4 on the corner (115), and C and C1 at the wing ends (115).

Four sides
Every side has its light.

Positions: A1-06, A2-13, B1-06
This marks the side of the plan a home is on, not a promise of a view: what you see depends on the level, the position and the buildings around. Position numbers follow the developer’s drawings, not the doors.
1.5° north
Here, the light changes sides with the seasons.
Johor Bahru lies about 1.5° north of the equator. The sun passes overhead twice a year, around late March and mid-September. From late March to September the noon sun is to the north; from late September to March it is to the south.
So at this latitude, façades facing different ways receive direct sun in different seasons and at different times of day. Which face gets the light in which season depends on the exact bearing of the façade.
- 1Decembernoon sun to the south · about 65° high
- 2March · Septembernoon sun almost overhead · about 89° high
- 3Junenoon sun to the north · about 68° high
Façade bearings and sun hours for each face
Both will be published once the architect confirms the north point on the drawings. Until then this page shows only which side of the plan a home is on: no bearings, and no sun hours for any face. Many buyers ask which side takes the afternoon sun; on a visit we can check the actual orientation with you on site.
