theeclipse.my is an independent guide to The Eclipse at Stulang Laut. It is not operated by the developer. We publish what we can support, label every image for what it is, and keep the rest for a private conversation.

What this site is
An independent guide
This site turns the developer’s drawings and information into what a buyer actually needs to decide: which side each home is on, which wing it is in, how many homes share a floor, how many lifts serve them, and how two layouts differ.
It is not the developer’s website and does not speak for the developer. It does not publish which homes are open or the latest terms, and it makes no financial forecasts of any kind. For anything that forms part of a purchase, the sale and purchase agreement is the reference.
How we check
How facts are checked
- 1The developer’s documents come firstLayouts, areas, positions and facility names come from the developer’s floor plans and project information; where documents disagree, the drawings govern.
- 2Calculated figures are markedStraight-line distances and sunrise and sunset times are marked as calculated from coordinates; distances by road are marked as such, with no driving times.
- 3Facts that change carry a dateThe status of the RTS Link, for example, shows when it was last updated, and is reviewed regularly.
- 4What cannot be verified is not writtenFaçade bearings, for example, will be published only after the architect confirms the north point on the drawings.
Image labels
Every image says what it is
- Photomontage
- A photograph taken in November 2025, combined with a CGI of the proposed towers.
- CGI
- A rendering supplied by the developer that shows the design intent. It is not a photograph.
- Floor plan
- A developer’s drawing, dimensioned in millimetres; the specification is as the sale and purchase agreement sets it.
- Diagram
- A drawing this site makes again from the developer’s drawings, such as the floor plate and the section through the four wings.
- Calculated
- A figure this site calculates from the site’s coordinates, such as a straight-line distance or sunrise and sunset times.
The CGIs, photomontages, floor plans and plan illustrations on this site are the developer’s, reproduced from its published e-brochure to identify and describe the development. The floor-plate diagrams are this site’s own drawings, made from the developer’s plans. No image from the developer’s internal sales materials is reproduced.
